Come on out for an hour long, all levels vinyasa yoga class in the lovely Austin Winery tasting room! This class is extra special, as the proceeds will benefit LUNGevity, the leading private provider of research funding for lung cancer, in loving memory of Rita Hendel. Rita was diagnosed with Small Cell Lung Cancer in 2022 and passed away after 9 months of extensive treatment. She was a beautiful, kind, and magnetic human who was loved by many. My friend and Rita's daughter, Sam Hendel, is running the Austin Marathon in February and raising funds in her memory and in support of those battling SCLC. Read more of Sam's story here!
